WRE repositioned what used to be an industrial lot housing two warehouses (previously a steel factory) into a multi-use entertainment and event venue known as “Avant Gardner”.
The property was upgraded to a state of the art, best-in-class permanent and year-round multi-use event venue for a wide range of events.
